Digital Downloads

All digital products—including clipart, printables, and e-books—are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once files are delivered, we cannot issue refunds.

If you have trouble accessing your files or believe you received the wrong item, please contact us and we’ll work to make it right.

General Returns Policy

Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Refund Options: Choose between a refund to your original payment method (minus any original shipping fees and restocking fee) or store credit issued via an emailed gift card.

Eligibility Requirements: Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition with original tags attached. Please see Additional Return Guidelines below for more detail.

Original receipt or invoice must be included with your return.

Non-Returnable Items & Final Sale Items: Accessories, handbags, jewelry, sale items marked 30% off or more, and digital downloads.

Restocking Fee: restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returned items.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Holiday Return Policy: We understand the importance of flexibility during the holiday season.

Holiday Extended Return Period: Items purchased between November 8th and December 23rd can be returned until January 31st, 2026.

Eligibility Requirements: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition with original tags attached.

Receiving Your Refund or Store Credit: Refunds to the original payment method will be processed within 7-10 business days after your return is inspected and approved.

Store credit will be emailed to you within 3 business days of processing your return.

ADDITIONAL RETURN GUIDELINES

Condition Verification:

All items are inspected upon receipt. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are missing tags will not be accepted.

Denied returns can be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Store Credit Validity:

Store credit is valid for one year and can be used in-store or online.

Fraud Prevention Measures:

Returns without proof of purchase will not be accepted.

Repeated returns or suspicious activity may be flagged for review and may result in returns being denied.

Final Sale Policy:

Digital downloads, flash sale items, discounted merchandise 30% off or more, accessories, jewelry, and handbags are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
