At Food Faith Home, we want your order to reach you as smoothly and joyfully as possible. Below you’ll find our shipping guidelines. If you ever have questions, please reach out to us at info@foodfaithhome.com — we’re always happy to help.
Processing & Shipping Times
- Most orders ship within 2–7 business days, depending on the item. Some products are custom printed or created by our small business partners and may require extra time.
- We currently offer standard shipping within the United States only.
- At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Carriers & Tracking
- Orders ship via standard carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
- You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Delivery Estimates
- Because we work with a variety of partners, delivery times may vary. While most packages arrive quickly, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact both the carrier and info@foodfaithhome.com. While we don’t have control once items leave our hands (or our partners’), we will do everything we can to assist you in resolving the issue.
Marketplace & Partner-Direct Shipping
We are proud to collaborate with other small businesses and makers who ship directly from their studios and workshops. For these items:
- Products may ship separately from the rest of your order.
- Additional shipping costs may apply.
- Our partners’ shipping and return policies will override Food Faith Home’s standard policy.
We’ll always note this on the product page so you know what to expect.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your order, but if not, here’s how returns work:
Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
- Digital downloads & instant access products (clipart, printables, e-books).
- Food and beverage items (for safety reasons).
- Final Sale/Clearance items (all departments including marketplace items from our vendors).
These items are final sale.
Eligible Returns
- Most non-food, non-digital items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in brand new condition, unused, and in the original packaging with packing slip/receipt.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once items are received and inspected.
- Exchanges are processed after the returned item is received; we’ll ship the replacement to you.
Return Shipping Fee
- A flat $7.99 return shipping fee is deducted from refunds.
- Exchanges: the $7.99 fee still applies, but we’ll cover the cost of sending the new item to you.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at info@foodfaithhome.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll send you a prepaid return label.
- Pack the item securely and drop it off with the carrier.
